Welcome back to the beginning of a new school year. In order for your child to take full advantage of the opportunities here at Abbotsholme, your child needs to keep as healthy as possible.
Simple steps to help maintain a healthy lifestyle include
Encouraging a healthy, varied diet
Eating breakfast
Keeping hydrated throughout the day
Your child can bring a water bottle into school
Ensure your child has enough rest, relaxation and leisure time built into their school week
Encourage adequate sleep
5 Years old – 11 hours
10 Years old – 10 hours
16 Years old – 8 hours
