We are now in the Autumn Term and the viral bugs are starting to emerge. Sore throats, coughs and colds are all prevalent.
These are usually viral and therefore hand washing, using tissues and disposing of them, ‘Catch it, Bin it, Kill it,’ does work to help reduce the spread of germs.
The Health Centre can advise on and treat where necessary these viral illness. Unless your child is on a prescribed course of medication from their own doctor, which we are happy to dispense, there is no need to send your child to school with medication.
