The Abbotsholme Round Square conference delegates, together with those from other schools taking part in our own pre-conference tour, arrived safely in Belgium. The first day was centred on the re-burial site of some Australian soldiers, which was created and opened very recently. Those re-buried here were recovered from a mass burial site and had been the subject of DNA analysis to identify the names of the fallen. The visit was particularly moving and meaningful for the Australian delegates who were part of the tour.
