On Saturday evening, Michelle Wu decided to surprise a
group of her friends and cook an authentic Chinese meal. She bought the groceries while in Derby and
told the guests to arrive at 6.00pm at Clownholme.
The guests all helped out with cutting
veggies, making the marinade, cooking the rice, cracking eggs and setting the
table for 11. Everyone sat down together
and enjoyed a delicious meal of lemon chicken with egg fried rice and Chinese
vegetables. A huge thanks to Michelle
for her generosity and excellent culinary skills. We look forward to receiving an invite from
the boys for a reciprocal meal!
