Thursday 23 February saw our first birthday of this term. It was also the formal dinner and I was concerned that a birthday cake for Agnes and everyone in the house may not get eaten with the prospect of a three course dinner looming. Needless to say the cake disappeared within a few minutes and everyone still had a healthy appetite for a most enjoyable dinner!
