A Saturday with Shakespeare

On Saturday a group of students, accompanied by Ms Gaunt, Mr Herbert and Mrs Carr, spent the day in Shakespeare’s home town, Stratford. They visited the exhibition “The Play’s The Thing”, where they saw costumes used in past productions and got to dress up themselves, both physically and via modern technology. A walk around Stratford and a little lunch was followed by a matinee performance of Julius Caesar at the RSC. It was a very enjoyable day and the weather was kind too.
