On Monday, fifteen Year 9 students, who have opted to take Food Technology in Year 10, visited Stafford College for the Good Food Show. The day was filled with workshops, demonstrations and competitions, and the students enjoyed tasting the various foods they had made. As well as watching a gueridion display, students were shown the rudiments of cocktail making, made brandy snaps and Thai green curry, and finally had a delicious lunch in the
catering restaurant.
