On a sunny Saturday afternoon Lady Moss arrived from Birmingham
station. After a lot of catching up we arrived at Abbotsholme with the
sweet smell of bacon butties in the air. I took her on a tour around
the School and then we returned to Dad’s office. She was amazed by the
School.
We asked Lady Moss to come as she contains everything that makes a
good Abbotsholmian. We first met Lady Moss in Austria in a car race
called the Ennstal classic. I have written to her ever since and she
writes back from all over the World, even though she is really busy.
We then went to the front of the library where Lady Moss cut the
ribbon to officially open the library. We now have a beautiful wooden
plaque showing this. After that we went to lunch.
On the way back to the station Lady Moss said what an incredible
School Abbotsholme was and how lucky we were to be able to be here.
