Online Safety
At Abbotsholme School, we have robust online safety processes in place to protect our pupils as they use technology both during lessons and independently, ensuring a secure digital environment for learning and personal growth. Online safety is a top priority at Abbotsholme School, and we work closely with parents to ensure we are united in helping our pupils stay safe in the ever-evolving digital world.
Below, we have shared some important documents from our Safeguarding training providers at The Key, which parents may find helpful. This includes the "Ten Tips for Keeping Safe Online: A Parent Factsheet," as well as a link to a suite of information sheets covering a range of topics, such as screen time and parent guides to popular apps and social media platforms used by young people, including TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
