Log Cabin Village

During the school term, our log cabin village serves as home to our sixth form pupils, providing them with a sense on independence and fostering a ‘community within a community’ within our campus.

During the school holidays, our beautiful log cabins are available for hire. Perched atop our school grounds, our log cabins offer stunning views of our 140-acre campus and its surrounding countryside. The log cabins are next to our equestrian centre and 70-acre farm, which is home to cattle, pigs, sheep and chickens.

Explore the vibrant tapestry of local attractions surrounding our grounds, including the idyllic Peak District National Park, Chatsworth House, Tutbury Castle, Alton Towers and Uttoxeter Racecourse. Venture just a short drive to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Trentham Gardens, Gladstone Museum and Wedgewood.

Our log cabin village has 5 cabins, each of which can accommodate up to 6 guests. All cabins include:

  • 3 Twin rooms (wash basin in each room)
  • 1 Bathroom (offering bath, wash basin and toilet)
  • 1 Shower room (shower, wash basin and toilet)
  • Open plan lounge, kitchen and diner
  • Bedding and towels
  • Television
  • Wi-Fi

We politely request a security deposit of £150 on booking, which will be refunded upon guest departure. On the day of arrival, guests will be able to access their cabin from 3pm and on the day of departure, cabins must be vacated by 10am. Late check-out is available on request at an additional charge.
